This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

We met lots of new friends in March. Some of us had great success, some moderate and some are stuck in a plateau - let's see what we can do this month!

    This month I am going to try to conquer restaurant food. After my 750 calorie laden hamburger with coleslaw at Bob Evans a couple of weeks ago, I need to make better choices. It was a 1000 calorie lunch.

    Be able to do 250 squats in one day!
    Control myself and not eat those potato chips,Minimize my pasta intake (they're my weakness!)

    Well, I've been slacking on running recently so I'm going to visit the gym tomorrow for the first time in ages and start lifting again.

    Hmm, I think for this month I would like to do more activities outside with my kids. It's already in the 70's and 80's here so it's definitely doable :)

    I want to tone up for my wedding, and also create healthy eating habits that I can continue in order to maintain a healthy weight from here on out. I would like to be more motivated to prpeare healthy lunches to take to work, so I quit wasting money on unhealthy food from the cafeteria, and I would also like to have more energy to excercise.

    This month I want to start to exercise regularly. All of my loss so far has been down to tweaking my diet. By the end of April I want to be exercising three times a week.

    Lost 2 kilos in March! This was an added incentive plus made a great friend!

    This month I want to be really consistent with both calorie intake and running. (both at very healthy levels - sometimes it's whether I'm eating enough!)
    Run/Walking 3 miles at the moment, hope to be run/walking 6 by the end of the month and able to run at least one without stopping!

    Kicking my activity up a notch since it's Autumn (Fall) in Australia and if I don't get into a routine now I'll end up sitting on my butt over Winter. I have a holiday coming up in September and would love to shed 15kgs before then. Need to be and stay motivated to achieve that goal!
