Hey everyone. I'd love some additional motivated guys/gals to be fitness friends on MFP!

There's only two genders.

Hello! Looking for some new MFP friends to share encouragement with, would love to see how we all can progress together!

It's extremely helpful for weight loss. Having a vast database of foods with their nutrition information is a great tool. If you can weigh + measure your meals it's even more helpful.

I'm looking for some new friends who are very active and need to lose weight as well. I have to lose 250lbs myself, let's do this!
-
Added. I hope you achieve all you set out to achieve!
-
Added, good luck!

Thanks guys. Just wanted some opinions. I'm hoping my max doesn't go down to much as I'm losing 4-6 lbs a week consistently in a heavy deficit + high protein to help retain mass/strength. I plan on bulking and going for muscle mass and strength when the time comes.
-
Face + shoulders > Chest > arms/legs > torso. You'll lose all over though over time, weight loss fluctuates.
-
No worries I lift full body 2 times a week and hit all bodypartd hard. I get sufficient protein as well (160-200 a day). Haven't loss substantial lean mass yet from what I can tell looks wise and strength wise.
-
6000-7000 cheat day once every 2 weeks for me. Still losing 5 lbs a week.
-
Young motivated teen guy here losing weight + getting fit and ready to accept all requests. I always like and occasionally comment to encourage all my friends. Let's work together on this journey!

I'm still taking consideration of the others' comments however I agree with you. It was a bad binge and I plan on doing extra cardio for the next few days. I'm already retaining water from my normal 2500-4000 mg sodium diet every day so with the 7000 I got today I'm going to be ridiculously bloated tomorrow.
-
Enjoy your fill of whatever you want. Try to track as many of the foods as possible. Restrict extra calories or do more cardio the next few days = problem solved.
-
Good luck. All I can say lol.

For some reason the log isn't scaling to what I put down for the rice. I actually have 3 servings of 1/2 cup rice.
-
Mostly low impact cardio like elliptical and stationary bike workouts. I tried to run around my neighborhood on the first week of my diet so it really messed up my hip and my joints b/c of my weight.
-
Right on. Gonna have a mound of ham and lasagna.
-
The number was due to burned calories I believe. Other than that I am somewhat tall, young, male, and I'm heavy (so more bmr).

Hm looks like the MFP app didn't want to sync correctly. Just updated it to public on the website and I saw it save so all should be good now. I'm consistently at a 1200-1700 deficit UNDER my goal.
-
Opened up the diary to public a min ago my bad Been losing 4-6 lbs a week consistently.
-
Been on Wellbutrin xl 300mg for a year or so and if anything I always tend to lose weight on it because of increased motivation + energy.
-
I would like to say thank you collectively to all who responded to this topic. I'm trying my hardest to just realize they're a part of life and that I can be happy and confident with them. I won't quit because of them, nor will I ever again.

I'm assuming it's because I started a exercise program with too much impact too soon like sprinting . I'm a big guy and I usually get shin splints when I first start out. The main concern is the fatigue when walking in my lower legs, it was never like before I got the discomfort in my shins.
