Is Android mobile app bugging out?
I can't finish my daily diary(shows an error message and says to wait), my food/exercises aren't being shared to my feed, and the website isn't logging anything I put down on the mobile app. Is this seriously messed up again?

How good is my one rep max for bench?
I'm a 19 year old guy at 6'1 305 and without any training or lifting regiments to build up strength I benched a 225 one rep max. Do I have lifting potential when I drop the rest of my weight and starting bulking? My buddies usually bench 140-175 without any training.

Went over maintenance today. Redemption tomorrow?
Went over my maintenece b/c of a fast food binge by about 900 cals. Technically tomorrow if I burn 900 extra calories wouldn't that erase any surplus I had today? I hate doing damage control when I binge, I know I don't "have to" but in my head the surplus needs to be erased the day after. Any thoughts on this?

Don't worry too much about Easter calories
The way I see it is one day really isn't going to offset the 4 weeks I put in at a good calorie deficit. I'm establishing the day as a "cheat day" and moving forward full speed while adjusting calories for the week to offset the surplus. I'm thinking this is the best way to view holidays like this. Weight loss and obsession with the mirror/body
Is it just me or the more weight you lose you get an increasingly-irresistible urge to look at your body in the mirror and also look down at yourself/feel yourself a lot? 6 small meals vs everything else.

Anyone else eat hardboiled eggs?
I just figured out the nutrition in one egg and its actually very nutritious. For under 90 calories you get a satisfying snack and a good amount of protein(also low Carb)., It's relatively good once in a while- which is because of the high cholesterol in the yolk.

Am I getting too few calories?
So besides my terrible day today(4000 calories...), I tend to have a net calorie intake of 500-1200 a day, or about 1300-1600 from food itself. My goal is about 2600 calories a day, am I eating too few calories to lose fat?

Is under 100 Carbs a day a "Low Carb Diet"?
