After strenuous years of active research on the fundamentals of weight loss and fat burning and it's complex science, I have came to a remarkable conclusion that will shock everyone. You read for this secret? It's not low carb, it's not vegan, it's not a crash course diet suggested by idiotic "fitness gurus", it's not eating 5-6 small meals a day, it's not eating "healthy" foods. Okay...take a deep breath and get ready. It's called eating and exercising to fit into a calorie deficit. It does NOT matter where your calories come from, it doesn't matter if you do cardio, it doesn't matter how "good" your metabolism is, as long as you are consuming less calories than you burn through bodily processes - YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT.
