Yea, people say I will be too thin at my goal weight. It falls at the lower end of my BMI. I couldn't care less what anyone says though, it's my body. 105 for the win!

Hi Diamond, I struggle with motivation too. I beat myself up if I eat something bad and then figure 'well I've blown it might as well eat everything now'. Do you wanna share what steps you are taking towards your goals? Maybe I can help out?

Honestly, go to bodybuilding.com, I don't think this is the community for what you are aiming to achieve. It's an amazing site (don't be put off by the name) with serious science behind every aspect of nutrition, gaining muscle, losing fat and everything in between. Lol I also feel super short now I'm 5.1 Heaviest - 148 Lightest - 110 Current - 128 GOAL - 114 Body fat I'd say is 28ish... it never goes lower.... IDK how you ladies are even thinking about 15%body fat lol, I'm toned, I lift, I hate cardio. I just need to stop eating so much.....
