I‘m prone to endless grazing in the evenings (will count anything after my regular evening snack that takes me over my calorie goal as LNS). My regular, planned snack is 100-200 kcal, some time after dinner and a few hours before bed time. I track everything so here are my stats up to yesterday.

Went to the Mall for a walk. Put in 13000.+ steps. Had a late lunch thinking that I would not have supper. Did not have supper, but later after 6:00pm had a handful of salted peanuts and 1/2 of Turkish Delight chocolate bar. So goooooood!
