  • No my target is 1550 but in my head i feel like that is too high. Is it possible that some days i am starving myself being that i would eat 1200 and burn say 600

  • I really enjoy the smart ones weight watcher meals. I dont have them everyday but sometimes in a rush they are convienient. And they taste good so therefore i feel satisfied.

  • I think that is my problem i am beyond focused on the weight loss number instead of the long term. I know i need to make lifestyle changes which i have started its just etched in my head that results on the scale need to be seen. I have tons of support so i really want to stick to it this time.
