  • Hey there! I'm 5'8". 198lb. Bust: 43" Waist: 35" Hips: 42.5" Close. Different proportions, but pretty close!
  • I started working with **** water and other waste waters. That's the only thing that's ever worked for me.
  • amazing! Thanks for the inspiration. :) I have the same stats as you had when you started(I started around 230 though..). We have different body types, but still. Awesome. Your hard work has paid off. You can do it!
  • Awesome. Love me some Jillian! Shed and Shred is awesome, btw. :)
  • Hello fellow minnesotan. Originally from the south metro (savage), now living in New Ulm. Not quite the cities anymore, but still MN.
  • A-MA-ZING! I have done the shred previously with great results as well. I have recently been in a bit of a slump. I started it again about a week and a half ago. This is around the time i've been giving up in the past, and you just kept me going! Thanks for posting!
  • bring your own lower calorie dish. that's what I'm doing for the family Thanksgiving!
  • awww. great NSV! :)
  • I think its more of a toning video and it is awesome. I do BFBM by jillian, walk, or zumba for about 3-4 days a week and that video for 2-3 days, just to switch things up. I would definitely give it a shot if you like 30 DS. Its the same format, just a lot more of it!
  • I thought it was the hardest too. I just did everything really modified and pushed through it. It was really hard on my knees...
  • Beautiful. congratulations! I have similar goals you had and hope to be where you are in a year! Quite the inspiration!
  • haha. oh no! glad you shared. I needed the chuckle.
  • That's awesome. Way to go!
  • No idea on the scientific aspect, but my own phenomena happens when i drink. The past couple of weekends I've drank alcohol and had a pretty big weight loss the day after (I'm one of those freaky people who weighs themselves every day)...no i didn't puke it out. Just had to clarify that.
  • I stopped drinking them, but I used to have at least one a day until like 2 months ago(which is a lot because I used to not drink caffeine or carbonated drinks at all for 8 years). My favorite was Sugar free Amp. It tasted the best to me and it was only 10 calories per can. Win win situation right there!
  • I feel your pain. Good job with the whittling away you have done everywhere else! I've only got one D, but my boobs are a problem too. I tried this dress on a few days ago and a L fit fine EXCEPT in the chest area. I've lost 3 inches there and its still a problem. Sometimes I hate being well endowed. lol. Its gotta get…
  • Don't give up! Are you taking measurements? You could be losing inches with muscle replacing fat.
  • I finished today. These are my results...I'd say it works! I'm going to do it again next month because its effective and not time consuming at all! I would HIGHLY recommend it. :) March 1, 2011 March 16, 2011 March 31, 2011 Weight: 218 214.8 210.8 (-7.2 lbs) Arm: 14 in 13 in 12.5 in (-1.5 in) Forearm: 11.5 in 10.5 in 10.5…
  • Alrighty, I've lost 4 lbs since this race started... puts me at 211 now. 12 lbs to go...!
  • YEAH! I hate the cold! Its SPRING and the highs have been in the 30's lately. I need to move out of Minnesota... :/
  • You might not have to worry about heart problems, but if you eat a lot of mercury rich fish you can go crazy, literally. It can cause central nervous system damage, kidney damage and more, and no one should eat it if they're pregnant. It can cause birth defects. This tends to be if you eat it more than once a day every day…
  • Wow, I'm only 5'8" and I get that all the time from my short roommates! It is so deceiving. I actually started to believe it for awhile. Thank God I snapped out of it.
  • You look awesome! Congratulations on the progress you've made!
  • That exact thing happened to me. It was so frustrating. I realized I wasn't eating enough calories. Either that or my body was still trying to adjust to this new lifestyle. I just figured if I kept working out and eating right it would have to come off. The next week I lost two pounds and this week 3, so it seems to be…
  • I know you said you're eating around what you are recommended to eat , but are you eating your calories that you got rid of exercising? I wasn't doing that for the first week or two and the scale wasn't going anywhere. Then I started eating back like 100 calories or so of the 300 I burned and it seemed to work.
  • Wow, perfect timing. I just weighed in at 215 this morning too! I'll join you on the race.
  • To put them in, I kind of place mine at the bottom half of my eye and take my finger away before I move my eye. Then I look straight ahead and move my eye around until it sort of "pops" into place. At no time in the whole process do I look at my finger going into or out of my eye. I couldn't handle that. I don't have any…

  • Parents didn't know anything about nutrition so fed me anything that was cheap as a child (and I was PICKY). I didn't know anything about nutrition, obviously, so I stopped eating in 8th grade because I was sick of being the fat kid. Got to a size 6/8 sophomore year in HS and gave up on not eating and stuffed my face.…
  • Its pretty awesome. Yeah, sticking to it takes some work, but the site itself is easy to use. There's tons of motivation everywhere. This site has the best food database of any site I've seen. Its been 3 weeks for me and I've lost about 9lbs. :)
