Hi MFPs! Just want to share part of my journey with you all:
6 Week 6 Pack: January 30, 2012-March 10, 2012 (5days/week):
-14lbs lost
-1-inch in arms
-1-inch in thighs
-3-inches in waist
-3-inches in chest
-1.5 inches in neck
30 Day Shred: December 17, 2011-January 24, 2012
-17 lbs loss
-7 inches in waist
-4 inches in thighs
-1.5 inches in arms
Next up: Extreme Shed & Shred!

Didn't mean to confuse you/anyone! I should have collaged the start of 30 DS with the end of 6w/6p so it wouldn't be confusing. Perhaps I wlil add that as a pic.0 -

I just rented Jillian Michael's 30 day shred from Netflix and should get it in the mail tomorrow or Tuesday (I wanted to check it out before buying). I have heard excellent things about Jillian Michaels DVDs and wanted to give it a try for myself, this is very encouraging though! Great results, keep up the good work and I am hoping I can get as good results!0
