Sometimes I have cottage cheese with groud flax. Other times I have a cup of warm milk, with splenda and unsweetened cocoa...homemade hot cocoa. If I eat dinner late or have my post workout shake late(cause I worked out in evening) then I skip the night time snack.

Depends on your diet...breakfast is the most important meal of the day...Sometimes I have smoothies you can add your choice of milk, yogurt or protein powder, different fruits and even spinach. I add raw regular oats to my smoothies. or an omette. I would say a good protein, whole grains and a fruit and/or veggie.

Yep, you can't make someone diet if they don't want to. I agree with many others...cook less. Don't have sweets and munchies available. or only buy help treats...sugar free, low calorie. Then if he eats more, he's still eating less.

No, actually I read that if you switch your coffee out for green tea, that you could lose 10lbs in a year. It helps you lose weight, some take green tea supplements to aid in weight loss. Coffee isn't bad for you and has antioxidants, but green tea has much more health benefits. Great choice. I drink both....can't seem to…

Weight lifting would be good, but stick to endurance training, that's lighter weight with higher reps...it will give you that muscle burn, and make soreness later! But it will not make you bulky in muscles. You should burn body fat at a higher rate...then do some kind of limited cardio afterwards... and eat a clean diet.

Creatine is more for men/women who do alot of heavy lifting. I used to take creatine and many other supplements. So, I would say not needed for what your doing now. I still lift weights, but I get muscle gain out of diet: Ample protein intake, and healthy carbs..and lots of water. Does Jillians Shred plan come with meal…
