Two egg whites with some salsa, maybe add some veggies if you want. Pair that with 1/2 c oatmeal (about 1/4 c dry with 1/2 c water) and add about 1/2 cup of berries. So good!

I pretty much always have a couple of egg whites, scrambled, with 1/2 c oatmeal. I add some fruit to the oatmeal and then for a little treat, I add about a tb of flavored coffee creamer to the oatmeal. It only adds a few calories (about 35) and adds so much flavor. We use grass fed ground beef... we watched the movie, Food Inc, and changed to all grass fed beef. The calorie count on that is very similar to ground turkey (I think just about 50 calories/oz). Love it! We order it in 1 pound packages, 50 pounds at a time, from a local farmer.
