I actually didn't start feeling better about the workout till Day 8. And then it was almost time to start Level Two. But when I did start Level Two, it was challenging the first two days but then I adapted to it much quicker than I did Level One. Keep going you will be awesome! And you will notice a difference!

I understand what you are saying, Dope. I have had occasions where I "get off" having hunger pangs. In my mind I think, "If I am hungry, I'm not gaining weight at this moment in time." Really trying to brush that out of my mind....

Wow! Thank you to all for posting. I really appreciate all the input. It sounds like I may be able to be closer to the 2,000 range than I thought. I do minimal exercise, I walk < 1 mile per day while at work. I have incorporated 20 minutes circuit training videos to my daily activity though. So this will buy me a few more…

I agree it seemed low. I was hoping for around the 2,000 area. I am 5'6" with a goal weight of 148. And I plugged in sedentary activity level.
