The Perfect Plank
I have just worked myself up to a steady 2 minute elbow plank. What length of time would be considered peak plank time? And should I just continue to hold it steady? Or alternate with a 10, 20-second rest?

Feeling guilty for being full.
Anyone else ever feel guilty for eating till your really full? I did stay within my calorie allowance for the day, but I feel like I may have over ate. Maybe I should have stopped eating when I was no longer hungry? Is this a psychological thing?

Is TDEE my maintenance calories?
I plugged in my numbers to get my TDEE for when I reach my goal weight of 148 lbs. My TDEE came up at 1692. Will this be what I go by to maintain my GW?

Excess Sodium
I prepared a homemade General Tsao's recipe for dinner last night. And this morning I was up almost 2 pounds! I have been within my calories as of recently so I feel confident it's the sodium content. I did check the sodium and it was crazy out of this world. Happy Teriyaki
Has anyone seen nutritional info from Happy Teriyaki (restaurant chain)? I have asked several times at the restaurant and they do not offer any nutritional information. Also looked online, but can't seem to find anything? The MFP database brings up one entry for Teriyaki Chicken, but it doesn't seem complete.

I am fairly new to MFP, but not to WoW. Been playing for 7 years. On the fence about MoP, but trying to push through it. I think it peaked at Burning Crusade, but I still play often. Anyone else?

Starting IF...tips?
I am contemplating starting an IF regimen. I have read several websites and will be using them as guidelines. I plan to fast from 1600-0800, two days a week to start. Does anyone have any tips?

Should I be bad? Or call it?
It's getting on in the evening for me. I have 500 calories left for the day. I am not particularly hungry, but I would be up for something bad....a smore, or non low cal ice cream or something. Should I indulge and use up my last 500 calories? Or would it be better to not have anything?
