I prepared a homemade General Tsao's recipe for dinner last night. And this morning I was up almost 2 pounds! I have been within my calories as of recently so I feel confident it's the sodium content. I did check the sodium and it was crazy out of this world. I was just thinking that if I prepared it at home the sodium would be lower. Not.
What is the quickest way to flush that out???? I am usually pretty good about 2-3 liters of water daily. Is that all I can do? Should I drink more water to flush it out?

It's not real weight gain. Unless you ate an extra 7000 calories above normal. Water will help flush it out but it will go away on its own in a few days.0

Sweat it out! The sweat will help take some of the water weight and salt.0
