I have gone on retreats and it's a great thing! I always enjoy how all the stress just falls off my shoulders :)
-
Congratulations!! You are truely amazing and inspiring!!

I never set a time goal. My body could react in a different way than it has the previous weeks and I probably would also be grumpy if I hadn't met it. But in the long run it so doesn't matter how long it took for you to loose the weight. As Sarah said above: Any weight loss is a success!

sorry, I seem to not be able to do it... but the pics are on my profile as well, if you're interested. :)

hm, this is annoying. Why are the pictures not shown??? :(
-
just so everyone knows ;) I started using the workout trainer by skimble and really liking it! Most of the workouts are really well thought out and motivating. No annoying soundtrack if you don't want it and a great variety.

worked with the workout trainer and I really like it. I think I'm going to stick with that for a while. Thanx everybody!!
-
fitocracy looks good. Hope they hurry up on the app.
-
jefit is not installing as I have rather little phone space >:(. I thought about youtube, but I'm not so keen about actual fitness videos and I'd like to have it offline...
-
thanx everybody for the input. I'll see how it goes :)
-
great idea. thanx!!!!
-
yeah but they operate on the 15-20% deduction from the TDEE and I chose 20% and was still over the MFP calculation, although I chose a moderate loss on here...
-
Thanx everybody, again! It's really great and so helpful to have this community!!
-
I just recently had my 60th day in a row. So, relax, you're doing great!!
-
Thanx so much for the support! It's really great to know I'm not the only one!!
-
tried out the. hase pino recumbent tandem with my hubby. included lots of walking through wintery forest and was great fun :)
-
With the beans you get lots of carbs and cals, that didn't really work for me. But adding the protein powder seems to make a difference. Thanx everybody!

Well, I've lived in Wisconsin and Chicago and although our tabwater was "ok", as a European I couldn't get used to it for a long time for the chlorine taste... Now I live part-time in Vienna and since their tabwater comes directly from a spring, it supposedly one of the best in the world. And yes, it also tastes very good.…

haven't read all the answers, but the Sun Warrior Protein is raw and vegan. Tasted it for the first time today and it's quite good :).
-
I don't quite understand. Should I take more or less according to you?
-
ah yeah, fasting. I've had my experience, especially with short fasts and it's not working well for me. Pains, headaches, drowsiness but most importantly I puke as soon as I eat something again. So I think I'll try the protein first ;). Thanx for the input, though :)
-
Thanx everybody for the replies!! I was talking about a plateau because last week was already really slow. I was also already looking into the protein problem and decided to add some sun warrior protein. That should be in the mail either tomorrow or Friday... Hope that'll help. As far as the starchy veggies go, I feel that…

I also prefer working out at home. It's easier and more convenient for me :)
-
yup thanx :) The link is great!
-
Yes, me too!! Biking is a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time :). Just take the hills slowly and they'll get shorter with time ;).
-
Well, if anybody's feeling up to it. Just add me :)
-
for me it depends. I've once lost 50 pounds and felt almost the same after (except for fitter and I noticed I didn't knock over things in the (German thus smaller) supermarkets with my butt).
-
If you want to solve the problem once and for all spend some money and get a Brooks Aged saddle. Your butt then basically forms the perfect saddle for you. Never had anything better!

This looks great! Definitely trying it out!!
