Hey everybody! I'm looking into protein powders at the moment and since I'm vegetarian and lactoseintolerant Whey Protein seems not the best... I came across sunwarrior protein and it sounds pretty awesome. What experiences do you guys have with?

fitness app (strength)
I'm looking for an android app, that has different levels of fitness exercises (especially strength for all body parts, preferably using my own body weight) and actually leads you through it. It should install on the sd-card and I'm also willing to pay something as long as it's worth it :) . Any suggestions?

does MFP ask you to change your calorie goal after a certain loss or not? I've lost 22 pounds and haven't been asked to lower my calories, however when I put in my data today and wanted to see about my goals, it took off almost 200cals a day and now it seems I can't change it back... a bit worried, about ending up eating…

IIFYM TDEEtest
I know it's an old topic, but I've tested my TDEE with the IIFYM and it gives me 200cals more than MFP. Any experiences with this calculation?

Although tomorrow is the official weigh-in I checked today and it's the same as last week. As of now, I haven't taken any measurements yet, but it doesn't feel like I've lost somewhere.
