I've read up on this and all you have to do to stay at a healthy weight is eat like you've been doing while you're dieting! I have one!! My day is Saturday... However, the problem I've been having recently is that once I cheat Saturday... I also cheat Sunday and maybe even more.. ughh it's horrible! I lack self-control! :) But if you can do it, i feel it's great!!

Ah! Thank you all so very much! I guess I don't want to stand on the scale and see i've gained weight or stayed at the same weigh in fear that I might give up. :/ But I am motivated and I have decided I won't stop until my goals are met! I am doing it now!! I love the book. I read it in 2 days (which is so unlike me bc i can't finish a book ever) I think it's a really great way to look at it and makes it wayyy easier! My free day is tomorrow. This is only my first week so I don't have any progress reports to tell you. But I am enjoying it so far.
