  • Where is it on the website. I prefer the website over the phone app. I hate using such small screens? I used to see it on the website also, but it seems gone.
  • Depends on the soup/brand ..could be yum or yuck! I'll go yum Chicken Sausage
  • Seems a happy person, especially with the bright eyes and smile.
  • My doctor and I discuss weight management issues almost all the time . Of course he's a runner and I hit the gym frequently so, he asks about it, about my diet, etc. I only see him maybe twice a year, but he's commented that he's surprised at how at my age I am maintaining and not getting "middle age" spread as he calls…
  • 57 going on 30 here! (nah, wouldn't want to be 30 again actually) Been here a while, keep pretty active. Diary is open, feel free to send a friend request. Always looking for motivation and to help motive. Happy Wednesday!
  • As someone else mentioned, I think this thought is more common among people who don't go to the gym. Most people at the gym are there to work out and are paying attention to what they are doing, not what someone else is doing. And when we do speak, it's almost always helpful. I think the thought that people can get…
  • It sometimes misses those steps, BUT, boy does it think I'm stepping when I ride my motorcycle! Wish there was an off button on the damn thing. I can rack up 4k extra steps on my commutes.
  • Feel free to add me, on fitbit, and here. Always up for more motivation. https://www.fitbit.com/user/243QF2
  • I usually won't log it. I allow myself days like that occasionally, where I don't think about what I am logging. Not that I don't think about what I am eating but I just don't log it. Happens especially if I go out to eat. I'm not about to stress over one bad day a week or so. I may use the quick add feature, but usually I…
  • Been here a while, lots of people keep dropping off though. Always looking for more motivation and to help motivate others..you are never to old to be healthy! Or too young!
  • I'm a coffee lover too. Ground coffee, whole beans, light, dark, medium. You name it, I'll drink it. Don't often drink it black though. I don't use any sugar and for cream I use a low calorie creamer, land-o-lakes or something similar, that is about 20 cal per serving. If not that I use a powder creamer which, depending on…

  • Habit. One it becomes one, you feel bad if you miss a day. I go 3 days a week, usually the same day and same time unless something really important gets in the way. Then, if I do miss, I try to go the next day.
  • You noticed that too huh? Do you also notice how all the print seems to get smaller each year? B)
  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/243QF2 Feel free to add, always looking for new friends and motivation.
  • I have not, but am seriously considering it. I've enjoyed the free workouts and find they give me a really good workout. The price is quite reasonable so, I'll probably sign up for it shortly. I've been considering if it was a good value for me, and I think it will be.
  • It's not the weekends that get me. I do fine at home and with eating out. It's work. All the snacks, sweets, pizza lunches, etc that people bring it. It's almost like they force me to eat it :)
  • Hey all...57 here so..getting ready to roll into the elderly group I suppose! :) still workin' it and standing upright!
  • 57 here. I do 3-4 days a week at the gym or home (I have a decent setup at home also, weights, elliptical, bike) and rest the other days. Though, I do still try to walk every day it's not too cold or snowy. Not only do I seem to need the rest more, but, I've also come to the realization that, for me at least, at this age,…
  • Started gaming back in the dark ages of Pong, so around 1972 or '73 or so. First at the arcade, then when released to console by Atari I think Mom bought it for us, I was entranced. Haven't looked back since.
  • I'll chime it with the rest. First, you are not old, and you are never to old. I'm 55 and plan to work out until I'm no longer able. Not only does it make me feel better, and look better. But as we age, it's important for keeping bones strong, and the heart healthy. I want to be able to move freely well into my later…
  • What, what? EQ Next has started Alpha? I haven't been to the website in quite a while,. I need to go look. I kinda miss my everquest days. Too bad time for MMO's is so sorely lacking these days.
  • I think the only accurate, or close to accurate, way to gauge your calories is to do it yourself. Spend a few weeks eating and tracking everything, and I mean everything. See what calorie level works for you to maintain, then base your eating off of that. Everyone and every metabolism is different.
  • I've been keeping an eye on this myself, and I appreciate your reviews. If it really could use a controller to play, well, that shoots it for me. I'm a PC gamer, not a console player. I don't like console controls, especially in an MMO. I've been really wondering how this game would port over as an MMO, from what I've been…
  • The only thing I know for a fact, is that since I quit drinking 8 mos. ago, I've dropped 25 lbs and my gym performance and strength has increased. I've not really changed my workout routine much. I am eating more food, and I'm replacing the alcohol calories with real food calories. Now is that weight loss due and improved…
  • I prefer the sub method. I've in the past subbed to Everquest, EQ2, Eve, and now Rift. Sub method generally is a better quality game, and the community is nicer and has more vested in the game None of the games I played started as F2P as you can see. I'm really sad that RIFT went F2p, since it has, I barely ever log in…
  • I belong to Fitworks, I really like it. However, like pretty much any gym, it can get really crowded right after the 9-5 crowd gets off work. Fitworks has some things others don't, which I like. Such as the cardio theater. Still check it out and compare, they can be a bit pricier than some of the other options.
  • Depends, if the house gets much below 64 - 65 on a regular basis I'll consider turning it on. I usually keep it set at about 65 during the winter months. Lots of people think that's too cold, but it's just perfect for laying about in sweats.
  • I'm playing this now, I've added it to the game rotation :) I've got a DC on Beholder server. It's an ok game. I do like the combat much better than in standard mmo's, though, the limit placed on the number of spells/actions you can use is a bit of a pain. On the other hand, it does make you think about the role you wish…
  • I'm well over 10yo and really enjoyed it for a while. I didn't like the having to pay to get into certain area's though. And seeing as I already sub to two MMO's, that but the killing blow on that game for me.
