  • There is so much conflicting information out there that people are just plain confused. I blame the media and limited interpretation of studies ect.. I like to read Lyle McDonnald's blog which made me realized most studies are taken out of context and info is slanted and most information is incorrect.
  • I think it's something everyone struggles with. No matter what size I wear they will have the smaller size and the larger size but my size is sold out... I used to sew but in the last few years patterns and material have gone up in price and it seems like it's kind of expensive now..

  • Losing 15 lbs is certainly doable. The key for me is using My Fitness Pal. I eat so much "snacky food" and this helps me stay on track and accountable. Good Luck!
  • I hardly notice my HRM either. I was reluctant to purchase one for that reason but now I don't exercise without it. I have the Polar F4.   • Sounds like the Law of Attraction at work here. Parents never get over the loss of a child so I would guess it's a tribute to her memory. It probably brings them so comfort to know that she is not forgotten, but talk about a coincidence.
