I have horrible knees... I am on level 3 of 30 Day Shred... I adjust the exercises that they jump my knees can't handle the impact. I still do the same movements just without the jump and have lost 15 lbs thus far.

Sensible Portions veggie straws or poatato straws....they have different flavors and 38 only have 130 calories

I think almond milk is good and it is great in cereal and in smoothies as well. I can't have soy so I use Almond milk for some things. I do however also drink a glass of regular whole milk sometimes too.

I started 30 day shred on September 7...I am on level 2 now so I did phase 1 for a while. However during that time I have lost 15 pounds and 18.75 inches. I feel stronger and have come farther than I thought possible with it.

I have been doing it for about 4 weeks now...it gets easier. Just keep pushing and don't move to level 2 til you are ready. Even though it says 30 days go at a pace that works for you. I am starting level 2 next week. Good luck on your journey.

One thing that is really helping me and is all natural is green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketone.

I would stay away from "diet pills" however there are natural vitamins that help with metabolism. I take green coffee bean extract and raspberry kerotine everyday...cinnamon is also good for metabolism and can be bought in pill form.

I am planning to start c25k in October. I have a LONG way to go fitness wise but am looking forward to it even if I have to do weeks more than once.
