I have a pair stapled on my wall so that I have a visual reminder of what I want. I haven't fit into those jeans since just before I was pregnant (my daughter is 7) but I will be able to wear them before New Year's Eve 2011!

I love beef jerky for a quick, protein snack but you have to be careful because of all the sodium.

I worked with a trainer for a year awhile ago. We worked out 2x a week and then I was supposed to work out 4x on my own. It was great for awhile but not at all sustainable. I really did like working with her though and I learned a lot that I am able to use now.

My daughter is 7 and she loves Wii Fit and Dance Dance revolution. We haven't tried Zumba yet but that will probably be our next game purchase. She also does some of the Jillian workouts with me with 1 pound weights.

I take Bean-O when I eat broccoli on my salad. Some vegetables just cause more gas, especially when they are raw.

Try bumping up the incline or speed on the treadmill and try adding exercises where you stretch your lower body muscles. If your gym offers classes you may want to add a yoga or pilatites class.

Try not to focus on the numbers so much. How are your clothes fitting? How do you feel? The numbers on the scale are just part of the picture.

Hi. I am on a low carb/high protein diet also. I have to cook for both me and my daughter but I hate making two different meals for us. I just make what I am going to eat and then add a carb for her. Like some brown rice, whole wheat toast, or pasta. She doesn't need to lose weight at all and by just adding a side for her…
