Ok. Awesome! Thanks again. As far as the resistance/incline- I did have it on 15 out of 25 resistance. 180 calories seems a little low for an hour and how hard I worked.

We don't have a Tesco in my town, but we have a Sam's club. Lol. I'm trying the same type of diet. 2 protein shakes to replace two meals, one balanced meal, and three small healthy snacks per day. I'll go for a cup of oatmeal with a teaspoon of brown sugar, a cup of milk, and either a banana or some vanilla greek yogurt. If I'm hungry before lunch, which I'm usually not, I like to eat a string cheese stick. :)

Also, for the people who have been saying that I'm over-estimating burned calories and underestimating my calories, I just use MFP. I don't know exactly how to calculate burned calories, so I use MFP, I enter in my time and let it work it out for…

I don't know any good recipes, but my favorite dessert now that I'm dieting are those 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzels. They are the perfect portion size and they really satisfy a sweet tooth.
