The newness of losing weight has worn off and its time to push thru. Its tough. Find an exercise you don't dread. For me its a time thing, so T25 or 30 Day Shread are great (<30min each). This way I'm doing something just to get in the habit of exercising and start looking forward to it again. Food is all about moderation…

Trying to get to my first goal of 150. But having two little ones 2.5y&7m has put little bumps in the road. Sitting at 170 now. Trying to get back into the routine and more active on MFP. Add me if you would like

W5D3 done and after my second 12hr shift to boot, whoop whoop! I did not think that I was ready since day 2 was tough for me. On day 2 I had to take a couple of short breaks on the second 8 min run. Yet on the 20 min run I only had to stop for cars to pass to cross streets so maybe 1-2 min at most for entire run and that…

W5D1 finished. First 5 min run was easy. First time I looked down at my watch was 30 sec till the walking. Surprised me. Heck yeah. May be W5D3 is not to far out of reach.

Starting it tonight after my first weekend back at work from maturnity leave. Not looking foreword to it after 2 12 hr shifts. Only oncedid I make it for the full 5 min both times one week 4. It was close but it does not count. Figured I would give it a shot and if I need to I can repeat. Let's do this!!

Yes it is. I had lost 50lbs before I got pregnant and was full force all the time. So when I started after the baby it took a while to get my head around that it was going to be slower and different this time. I look at it as a loss is a loss regardless of how small.

I agree with impyimpyah. You need to eat all your calories for breastfeeding. Set your goal to loose 1 pound a week. Then eat back your breastfeeding and exercise calories. It's alot of food but you can choose healthy high calorie foods like nuts to get the extra calories. Many will debate weather to eat your exercise…

I'm in! SW 207 Goal 197, Finish C25K, Work out 5/7days Before I got pregnant last year I had joined a similar group. I loved the motivation and support both for weight loss and life in general. Hopefuly this will give me the push I need to start loosing weight again.

Think i need to get up early and run. Today it was 97 during my run. 100+ is in the forecast for the next week. Only issue is a 9weekold. So hard to juggle everything. Dont even wanna think about adding work back in to the mix. Does anyone use a pod cast that has music set at different tempos during the run/walk sections?…

I'm there with ya. W1D3 set for tomorrow even though I want to go out and do it today. Crazy yes. I attempted C25K at the start of June but was not ready to juggle a newborn and working out quite yet. Now I need the me time and have a calender on my fridge with every other day marked with running or DVD. So far I have 4…

I have a little 8 week old that I'm BF'ing, so may have to adjust goal if it start to affect my milk supply. casdog812- everyday is a new start. Thats what I remind myself when I have a day that is not so good food wise or life wise.

Exercising is not the issue, not getting enough calories is. And with me I got fixated on losing weight in the past and don't want to put that a head of producing milk for the baby. Alot of it is mental and I feel I'm not ready to balance both. If I did not lose weight as quick as I had before I think I would feel like I…

I too did not get the benefit of losing weight when breastfeeding or not having a period. Seriously pissed about the period thing, 5wks after. Give a girl a break. Guess I am just meant to have kids. I'm a first time mom to a baby girl thats 7 weeks. My milk supply has been an issue since 2.5weeks. At that time I went from…

I love her 30DS video. I feel you can make it as intense and and difficult as you want depending on how hard you push yourself. Once your through with one level the next starts and is difficult in a whole new way. I have done multiple rounds because of how it changes with each level. Plus its only 27 min. Even if I don't…

Morkiemama Thanks for the stretches, there are some I did not consider. I am definitely listening to my body and so far I have been good. I am planning on reasurching proper running form, just have not had the chance. Last thing I want is to injure myself. Glad that even if I have taken the last 7 months off, it has not…

Started my attempt at the C25K challenge earlier this week. Doing it with my husband which not sure how long that is going to work out as the first run he was way a head of me when joging. In addition to C25K we are doing 30DS alternating between the 2 each day with one day off a week. Yes we may be crazy, but I have done…

I'm only 6 weeks and my husband is doing the same thing. I can't move anything heavy and I had to beg him to let me ride my dirt bike for the last time of the season this next weekend. Yes I know I'm pregnant and will take it a lot easier then I normally would. Plus we are going to the easiest riding spot that we go to its…

So happy to join this group!!! I'm 5 weeks and 3 days along with our first. We have been trying for a year and starting in June I was taking progesterone to get my cycle regular. The combo of weight loss and progesterone did the trick. For exercise I love 30 day shred and hiking weekly. I will continue with both during my…

CW 205.5 Knew last week was to good to be true. Think I was dehydrated. Just got back from a trip where I did nothing but have fast food for every meal. I know there are healthy choices but they always seem to be expensive and after 3 days it starts to add up. Time to start fresh. Let's hope the next week at work is better…
