My uncle worked for Quik Check for awhile... Although I'm not 100% sure of the type of oil it was, I can tell you that like most sandwich shops they load it up with oil... probably closer to 2-3 tbsp. Princeton has Hoagie Haven which I like better than the RU Hungry Greasetrucks... although to be fair only been to RU once and I didn't like whatever I got.. don't remember. Are you drinking it on an empty stomach? For myself at least, the Acid would cause major issues. Even if I drink Tea or Coffee plain with no additives in the early morning with nothing else my stomach will feel crappy. If you want to keep drinking that, try it with food if you aren't already. If you are.. I'm at a loss.

It gets harder to lose the last few pounds the closer you get to your goal. Keep at it. Plus, the lack of weight loss could be associated with weight fluctuations from water or what not. You're doing fine :). Just make sure you're eating enough (obviously being sick is an exception) and getting plenty of rest.

If you count your macros and hit those goals your calories will fall into place along with that. You can track both, but personally I would say the better option would be to hit your macro goals.
