  • Most of my friends have it but I can't see it
  • No I don't wear one in bed. I have even been known to take it off while driving home from work. Lately I have been thinking of getting some sports bra tops to wear under pjs as I often find myself jumping out to garden with dogs and end up standing crossing my arms so neighbours can't see me flop about. 37 and 40c
  • I would say 700 for 5k is high Mfp and c25k say u burn way over what my fit bit and my treadmill do I don't do 5k yet so I'm just guessing. good luck with your workout plan
  • I struggled to do Mondays challenge and today I have a sore back so I've not done it today I've done 14,473 steps I'm gonna try it again tomorrow :-(

  • Sorry I keep forgetting to post when I've completed the workout and my steps I've done 18,935 steps today 8.04 miles and 27 floors :-)

  • Sorry due to my asthma I've not been exercising the past few days I will try catch up with the challenge today I done 30 jumping jacks x 4 sets 20second planks x4 sets and 11,428 steps I've now read the challenges and I will give them a go tomorrow. Good luck everyone x

  • 2 push ups sorry I'm not strong enough for them this year 30 squats x3 done 30 jumping jacks x4 done 20 sec plank x 3 done I've also done 30 days shred week 1 gonna head for a shower then take dogs a 5 mile walk
  • Sorry I'm having a day off today as I've not had one yet I've spent hours planting in the garden and I've only done 5500 steps so I will be back tomorrow before I spend the day in the garden :-)

  • I done level 1 today I've not done it for a long time when I first done it last year I struggled through the warm up I'm sill not good at push ups and I hate running man on level 2 but I'm gonna try stick with it this time I did see a difference I only done level 1 for around 3 weeks and I started to change ????
  • well done :-) congratulations 1 year is amazing. your looking good great progress slow is the way to go. dont be put of by some rude person that doesnt know you or the effort you have put in. keep up the good work you will hit your goal when the time is right x
  • i love the strawberry one its yummy but need to let it cool or it would burn the mouth off u they are full of suger so not very good diet food
  • Hi I gave up smoking 5 year ago and put on 4 stone it will come back off in time and u will feel the benefit of giving up the *kitten* it took me over a year possibly 2 to realise my house was smelly of smoke I pulled all clothes out washed them bleached inside wardrobes ect
