How boring and unimaginative. I think I would be sick of it after one day. Whatever keeps you at a deficit will help you lose weight. I cant imagine doing this long term.

I like not having one. I have to really want the leftovers to eat them now, because it takes more than 30 seconds to heat it up. So I only eat them when I am actually hungry. Leftovers taste way better when heated in a toaster oven or pan or whatever than from a microwave, especially pizza, but anything really. These two…

Beans, lentils, and raisin bran. Make sure to pair these foods with something high in vitamin C to help absorb the iron better. Cooking with a cast iron pan is also a good way to get more iron.

If you can embrace a good challenge I highly recommend Insanity. Its 40 min of intense fat burning cardio.

I finished P90X and I enjoyed the program. I lost 15 lbs and quite a few inches. I got stronger and more flexible. Great program. Now I am working on Insanity. Way more intense cardio. If you want to burn fat, its probably the way to go, if you can push yourself. I really think almost anyone can do it, because at first you…

It takes 18-22 tries to truly decide you dont like something. This why its important to encourage our children to keep trying something even though they didnt like it the first time. My daughter likes all kinds of foods she didnt like the first try. I also like some foods that I didnt used to like because I kept trying it…

Oh wow what a goal. Hi five for underweight BMIs. Good luck!!

Eating at a deficit is what burns fat. Its easier to get that deficit when you exercise. Also 3.0 mph is pretty slow. I thought I was walking that slow, but when I checked my GPS it was more like 4 mph. Walking is a good exercise. Ab exercises will build muscle, but it wont show until the fat is gone.

If you like hard boiled eggs, boil some ahead of time, and keep them in the fridge. A piece of toast, with a hard boiled egg is quick and easy. Top with a little horseradish, franks red hot sauce, or mustard for a little extra flavor.

I have heard keeping them in the freezer can help. Carlson has lemon and orange flavored fish oils. Those are much better.

Ok but muscle is more dense than fat. If you didnt take measurements, and you didnt know your bodyfat% you reall dont know if this is a plateau. That said you could always supplement some cardio in there, like a jog or a brisk walk. I am 5'1 and 127 lbs. Some days I eat 1800 cal when I eat my exercise cal back, and I still…

I just finished P90X and I started Insanity. I am in pretty good shape, but I found it pretty tough. However I think if you are not in good shape, and you do your best, even if you start out doing each move for like 5 seconds only, you will see results and your stamina will improve.

This is all in your head. Get your mind right and the rest will follow. Have the take away and the wine, just budget it into your day. I ate 3 slices of pizza for supper last night and still came in slightly under. Most days I eat healthy and I cook our meals, but I wanted pizza so I had some.

I dont use their guide. I budget what MFP tells me for calories. I set it to sedentary and a 0.5 lb (1 lb during P90X) per week loss, and I log my exercise. I did that for P90X too, and I lost 15 lbs in 3 months.

I just add my own recipes to get the more accurate idea.

Ab Ripper. Deep down I love it.

A few sips of pickle juice calms down a fuzzy stomach. Water before bed is good too. Then bacon for breakfast.
-
I like it on toast with jam, in oatmeal, but my favourite way to eat it is in cream of wheat. It makes it so velvety.

We found ours at wal-mart for about 25 bucks.

I am 5'1 and 127 lbs, and I eat 1400-1800 cal (total not net) and some days 2000 and I continue to lose weight, and tone up. If I ate 1200 cal per day I would feel like crap. I cant say what I would do if I wasnt exercising, because I do something everyday, even if its just a walk.

They have bands that go through the door crack, and you just close the door. Do the bands. P90X is worth it.

Clean as you go. Keep your dish rag soapy. As you cook wipe it out with the soapy dish rag and rinse. Most of my dinner dishes are done before we eat dinner. Or fill up a sink with soapy water and do it that way. Everyone washes their own dish. It takes like 2 seconds when food isnt left to dry on.

Of course you lose weight fast. You are losing weight fast for the same reason that people who have gastric bypass surgery lose weight fast; you are eating less than 1000 cal a day. Of course you want to eat a plate of 5 sandwiches, you are eating less than 1000 cal per day. It works but its not sustainable. You will…

If you want to save money, and reduce pesticide consumption, look up the dirty dozen and the clean 15 list of fruits and veggies. They make a new one each year.

Season with salt pepper and a little garlic powder. Spread a spoonful of mayo on top and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for about 20 min.

Yeah me too. I just eat really light during that day, and then enjoy the food at the party, while trying to have a little portion control. I also make sure to get in a good cardio workout that day as well. As for alcohol, I like to cut loose, so I drink as much as I want to.

The sat fats in coconut oil are medium chain fatty acids, and they are good for you. Google could have told you that.
