7 lbs in 2 weeks.
I know that if you have excess fat this is totally possible, but I didnt. I was only 142 at 5'1 and I appear to have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Zombies, Run!
I just tried this app for the first time today. I am a beginner when it comes to running. I really loved this app. It kept me motivated to run. It made a game of it. I still got to listen to my music, and hear an awesome story unfold. I cant wait till tomorrow to pick up where I left off. Anybody else like this app?
