Although my Total cholestrol is within range..I have high LDL and High triglycerides with Low HDL (the good Cholestrol). My Doc Suggested avoiding white rice/Red Meat/Processed foods/HFCS I am now having more whole grains/Fibre/Fruits etc. Will let you know if it works...I am due for a blood work in June 1st week
