How bad is it to go over the Protein amount you are suppose to have during a day?

Not bad. What percentage are you at? Most likely you're at 20, which is what MFP recommends, but for weight loss, many experts will say it should be more like 30%. You should be okay there and if you go over every now and again, it's fine. You would only have to worry if you were getting 40% or more on a regular basis and then a LONG time later, you'd have kidney problems.0

that is not bad at all. the extra protein will not slow down your weigh loss where calories and fat could. the site tends to set the protein allowance too low. protein is a vital tool used in weight loss because it satisfies hunger as well as nurtures tired muscles after a work-out. in my opinion, everyone actually should be going over on their protein daily.0
