I agree with n25philly both on felx and on charge HR..My Suggestion get the charge HR. TRacks both heart rate and Steps (as well as floors climbed) and is far more accurate in calorie counting. CON it is not water proof

Agreed..Look at the benefits you are getting from Banana and Natural Peanut Butter. This is one healthy snack..and as someone said if you are within your calories Goals..then why not

I agree with you 100%.A balanced and calorie defecit diet and Exercise are all it takes.

I also Love whole foods. Favourite items are Fresh Ground Cashew/Almond/Peanut butter.I also like to buy apples from whole foods

I am allways over Sugar...by around 40 gms (from fruit and milk). But it does not hinder my weight loss

Ha Ha Ha...Thanks for posting this...I was also facing the same Problem and i am 34. I thought it was some sort of food allergy and I was trying to isolate the Food Source...

Again...Its all Sugar without the fiber..and that is why it is not so healthy...Better Option than a Cola...but i would stick to a whole fruit

If you like Peanut Butter...Go for their Freshly Ground Peanut Butter or Almond Butter...There is a big can and you press a switch and viola..you get PB/Almond Butter...The best darn PB/Almond Butter I ever had. I agree with the apples also...darn good

when my Doc did my blood test ..He found i was deficient in Vitamin D (he said a lot of people are)..So he put me on a 15000IU vitamin D (once a week). Now i take a 1000 IU vitamin D daily.
