Anyone ever drink Naked Juice out there??? I absolutely love it when I'm out running errands and realize just how hungry I am. I like to stop off at gas stations and grab one or take it when I'm shopping whenever that happens. However, I read recently somewhere that it is considered one of the "junk" drinks out there! I will say it's definitely high in sugar but it's all fruit and natural right???
What's your take on drinking it every now and again?

I have had the green machine on occasion and I like them. I think they are pretty ok because they are all natural and I believe also organic (don't quote me on it).............
It is better to eat your fruits and veggies than to drink them, but like you said when you on the go it is a better option than a soda and a bag of chips.0 -
naked drinks are great! although a little pricey. they are high in sugar, but if you read the back...all the sugars in the drink are ALL NATRUARL FRUIT SUGARS. meaning, obviously lol, that they come from the fruit itself...which is WAY better than proccessed! They are great for a pic me up or if you are really craving something sweet!0

My dietcian advises against almost all juices because of the high sugar content0

I like then once in a while but usually only do half the bottle because they are usually 2 servings.0

yes but then why eat fruit. fruit has A TON of sugar, just the way it is. again, its natural sugar, your body responsed to and breaks it down differently0

I love Naked Juice. But, I also only have 1/2 the bottle. I always log it, so it's all goodl.0

Again...Its all Sugar without the fiber..and that is why it is not so healthy...Better Option than a Cola...but i would stick to a whole fruit0
