Well I kinda just fell off the wagon. it did not help that I really hurt my hand and my shoulder, but I just started eating a bunch of crap, drinking a bunch of soda, and just basically stopped training. Sad.....

Holy shnikes..............that, guys is tough as tough can be. It is toughr than any P-90-X workout. You want to burn a "s" load of caloires in 30 minutes...Bas' ten/two minute rounds.

Holy crap that was tough!!!! 3 minute rounds... 3 rounds of boxing, 3 rounds of holding focus mits. 3 rounds of thai boxing with kicks and knees, 4 rounds of holding pads ( I could not do another round, I was basically puking)

Ah, my friend, here is what you do. Before you go bowling, do some crazy cardio. Do some plyometrics or smething that burns a heck of a lot of calories.
