Get out some frustrations....MMA Style Workout

Hello Ladies and gentlemen. I trust you are all well and are moving along on whatever weight loss journey you have embarked. I would like to take a moment to post about a very good workout that involves no weights, you can do it almost anywhere, and if you push yourself, you will burn hundreds and hundreds of calories.

I just posted this on the Man to Man thread, but I wanted to involve everyone in this. Men and Women alike can take part if this MMA style workout.

First off here is a link to an introduction and 1 round of the All Around Fighting CD from Bas Rutten, one of the best fighters ever to grace the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

Please look past the "toolish" intro and wait until he actually starts to do the routine. The whole clip is like 3:20.

The reason I am posting this is not to advertise for Bas Rutton or MMA or even fighting, but to provide a tip on how you can workout, take out some aggression, but more importantly, have the ability to give yourslef a great cardio workout anywhere you go.

You can do the workout in your hotel room, in your basement, in your living room. You can buy the DVD's and put it on your I-POD nano and use it whenever you want. No weights needed, no running shoes needed. No more of the "oh I forgot my shoes I can't run". No More, "man I don;t wanna go to the gym". Just throw in the tape and follow the instructions.

Throw some puches and knees and make yourself tired!!! Push yourself to the limit!! Motivate yourself!!!!!!!
