This is exactly what I do. I don't usually have a cheat day - instead, I'll have a cheat meal or a cheat evening. Not a whole day.

Usually my sodium is pretty good. It's been high the last 2 days because I've been craving pickles like crazy!!

I set it to .5 pounds a week and it gave me 1360 calories per day - I will try that! Thank you for your advice!

Thanks! I've been taking a probiotic along with the antibiotic because last time I was on an antibiotic it really messed up my stomach so I'm trying to keep that from happening again. Sinus infections are really miserable but hopefully with my medicine and your advice, I'll be back to myself in no time.

Going for a walk out in the fresh air should be good. It's not as intense as I usually do but still exercise.

Thanks for your help everyone. Based on this, I am eating almost 600 calories less than what I should be. Hard to believe but we'll see how it goes!

I understand that it's a range. But I can't choose a goal weight range on here. I also chose a weight that I've been at before and feel most comfortable with myself at. Sorry if that offends you.

I'm just trying to lose a few pounds and mostly get in shape and get toned. I'm sorry if that offends anyone. When you talk about how many calories I'm eating, are you referring to my net calories after exercise?

It definitely wasn't fried or battered chicken. I think it was all just stirfried or steamed.
