... then you should definitely try Angel Food Cake S'mores! They're very easy to make, low-cal, and super good! I even created the food log item on here, so you can easily log it. (: My mom makes these all the time; I actually just had them. Yum!
Ingredients:
-- 1 slice of angel food cake (any brand, but I use Betty Crocker)
-- 1/2 chocolate bar (any brand, though I prefer Hershey's)
-- 2 marshmallows (again, any brand, but I personally like Jet Puffed)
Prep Instructions:
1. Make sure the shelf of your oven is fairly close to the broilers.
2.Pre-heat your oven to broil (some ovens have a setting for it; otherwise, try maybe 500-ish F?)
3. Cover the surface of a baking tray with tin foil.
How To Make:
1. Cut a slice of angel food cake, about 1-1.5" thick, and place on tin-foiled cooking tray.
2. Break and place half of a chocolate bar (normally 6 rectangles) on top of the cake.
3. Put two (or however many you want) marshmallows in the center of the chocolate.
4. Put the tray in the oven, and let it heat for about 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden-brown and the chocolate is melted.. Keep a good watch on it, though; they can burn easily.
5. Take out, cool, & enjoy!
Share what you think of them if you try it out! Also, they go great with a nice cold glass of milk. (:

It's 295 calories per serving! A serving is what I had listed here. I went through the nutrition facts for all 3 items & totaled them myself. (:0
