Help getting back on track

Hey guys
I've been sick now for two weeks with an awful sinus infection that just seems to keep recurring even with antibiotics. I haven't been able to work out because it just seems to make me feel worse. My appetite is down some days and way high some days.
Any ideas on how I can easily get back on track again (once I'm better)?

I'm a huge believer in natural supplements to aid in sicknesses like sinus infections. A couple of things I use (when necessary) in conjunction with prescribed mess is Olive Leaf Extract. It's a great multifunctional supplement. Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Listen to your body but when you are starting to feel up to it, maybe take a walk outside. The fresh air will help with the sinus pressure especially if its cooler weather where you live. Just don't over do it. Your body needs fuel to heal also so make sure even if you don't have an appetite to get plenty of protein and fresh veggies. Fruits that are high in antioxidants and vitamin c are also beneficial. Maybe consider a probiotic once you're done with this round of antibiotics to give your body back the good bacteria. That will help in long term aid. Hope you feel better soon.0

I've been taking a probiotic along with the antibiotic because last time I was on an antibiotic it really messed up my stomach so I'm trying to keep that from happening again.
Sinus infections are really miserable but hopefully with my medicine and your advice, I'll be back to myself in no time.0
