My fitnesscoach from my Spine workout class (lol-have bno idea how to call it), told me, that if you can not do many push ups you should try to get in the the same position and try to hold it 30-60 sec. then repeat it. it is really hard to stay that long in this position. have a wonderful start into week 3:O)

WhaT ABOUT PUSH UPS FOR NEXT WEEK CHALLENGE? it is a greeat workout for the body and works great for the belly:o) i am going to start doing pushups again from wednsday...:O)

Good morning. Does sombody has a list of exercises in english. I got problems to find the exercises I do in my studio here in the list. For example when i sit and push the wheight with my legs:O) Both feeds are on a platform to push.:O) I have no idea if that makes any sense to you (lol). but thanks

If you eat late. just protein with low fat, like chicken, eggwhite etc...without anything else. helped me to lose in 2 month 20 pounds this spring.:O)

Hello, I am Nicole, from Germany. I am up agin and I really need some supportthis time to loose some weight again. I lost around 25 lbs from march o june and pretty much gained everything back. ( around 15 lbs) so the challenge is great to get the down again and hopefully stay this way this time. I got sick and on vacation…
