Just a note, your net calorie allowance is simply too low. Start with 1800 calories as your daily target. Make the deficit with exercise not food reduction.

Try hitting a good amount of protein, atleast 120g per day. Carbs and fats fill themselves, stay within your caloric deficit everyday. You WILL see the scales go down, focus on weekly average weight, not daily fluctuations. I eat mc donalds at times after my workout, yet i am still losing weight steadily on 1800 calories.…

Starting at 1200 is a very bad idea. Try 1600 from just food. And atleast 100 calorie deficit from exercising per day (easily achievable). Youl achieve much better results

The results sound great as someone has said above. You are approaching this the wrong way, a scale does not even begin to tell the full story. Since muscle is a denser tissue than fat, then ofcourse you could actually be gaining weight, but losing fat , which will result in a higher weight, but you would be looking better.…

Well a cheat day is generally high carb. When you are on a diet your leptin levels drop. These can be seen as "fat burning" hormones. So on a cheat day this is again increased. Therefore cheat days that you EARN are indeed very helpful both scientifically and mentally toward your goal.

Need more info, whats your macronutrient ratio?(Carbs, proteins, fats) 1400 is TOO LOW! These calculators are mere estimates, they do not account for so many factors. Increase your food intake to about 1700 atleast!. Burn the rest off with exercise, create your deficit mainly through exercise. What is your goal though?
-
Well if you kept a proper calorie deficit you could lose almost as much fat as you could with proper nutrition. Protein shakes are supplements for a reason, excess over a long period will have a negative effect because there are chemicals etc in these shakes, they are not made for excess-prolonged use.
