Thank you!! Being Skinny Fat is not what I am going for! Being Healthy, and lean and ultimately looking good is. I have cheat meals here an there and treats. I would never say don't do ANYTHING! Just do things you know you can handle. EVen walking short periods and resting. How about a stationary bike? Just eas into things and strengthen you calf muscles to help alleviate your ankle pain.

How about a nice chilli with lots of beansuse for meat ground turkey breast etc....You can do that in a crock pot on Sunday and then have it for a few days. The minute I am complete with any exercise I stop counting the calories and record those results! No more no less. Maybe that isn't teh best way to do it but it is how I do it! It has worked so far!

No I never had any habits like that...However, now one of my habits is to take my lunch with me while I shop! It makes me realize I am not hungry I am ok I can eat healthy while I shop feel full and I don't buy crazy things! People sometimes stare at me funny but whatever!

Water Fight! Or check around your area a lot of places have family fun nights or movies you can watch at a park or public place for free. A few parks in different towns in my area do this. You can go to those as well they can not refuse you watching a movie because you don't have a child with you! Have fun!
