reaching the1200 net threshold, do you force yourself to eat the remaining calories? It's my fault for exercising so late, but I took a nap and didn't wake up until 8 pm. I got my workout in and ended up burning more calories than normal. What do you do on days like these?

  • I try everyday to meet my calorie intake, but somedays it just doesn't happen, depending on my food choices and work out for the day. Don't make it a habit every single day is my suggestion.
  • If you're only under by 100, that's not too bad. This one time isn't going to hurt you. As long as you're not consistently doing this then it's ok! No worries :)
  • have a glass of milk to get you closer!
