reaching the1200 net threshold, do you force yourself to eat the remaining calories? It's my fault for exercising so late, but I took a nap and didn't wake up until 8 pm. I got my workout in and ended up burning more calories than normal. What do you do on days like these?

I try everyday to meet my calorie intake, but somedays it just doesn't happen, depending on my food choices and work out for the day. Don't make it a habit every single day is my suggestion.0

If you're only under by 100, that's not too bad. This one time isn't going to hurt you. As long as you're not consistently doing this then it's ok! No worries0
