Feel free to add me! I have a 4 year old daughter and a little boy on the way (so I'm not actively trying to lose weight right now but still trying to be healthier).

Most of the people on my friends list are no longer active, so I could use some new friends. Feel free to add me!

Wow, I can really relate to your post. I'm only 12 weeks pregnant so far, but I've had similar challenges. I haven't gained much weight so far, but I've already stopped many of the healthy habits I had implemented, like exercising every day. I think tracking is a good idea but honestly I don't think I can follow through on…

I sent you a request! I'm also looking for some motivation and support to stay focused. I gained over 50 pounds during my first pregnancy and I would really prefer not to do that again.

I have heard walking, swimming, and yoga are great during pregnancy. Personally, I walk on my treadmill but not as much as I should. Also, I played tennis before I became pregnant so I'm continuing to do that for now (I'm 12 weeks pregnant). I also just ordered a workout program called PiYo, which is a combination of Yoga…

Congrats on your pregnancy! I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant with #2. My goals are to gain minimal weight (I gained over 50 pounds when I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now 4) and to maintain the healthier habits I have established since December. I started exercising regularly and cooking healthier meals and lost…

Feel free to add me! I'm a 35-year old mom to a 4 year old with #2 on the way. I lost 26 pounds over the past several months and worked to establish healthier habits. I'm not currently trying to lose weight of course but I'm trying to maintain the healthier habits I have already established.

I recently started drinking Shakeology. I like the chocolate kind blended with banana and PB2. I don't like the strawberry and vanilla kinds very much though. Also, it's expensive so I'm not sure how long I will continue. For protein shakes, my favorite is Syntha 6 strawberry, but I just mixed that with milk and didn't…

Feel free to add me. I have a daughter who is almost 4. I worked full-time until a few weeks ago when I made the decision to take some time to focus on school full-time (I was previously attending part-time) and spend more time with my daughter. I'm also working on developing healthier habits, including exercising most…

Hi, feel free to add me. My daughter is almost 4 and I'm still about 15 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight (which was not exactly low). I'd like to lose about 30-40 pounds total.

My diary is open to friends (although I don't always make the best choices). Anyone can feel free to add me. I could use some ideas too.

I also can't stand green veggies, although I will now eat certain kinds of lettuce with plenty of dressing and/or other toppings. I thought it was a texture issue, so I actually tried eating baby food when feeding my daughter, but I discovered I didn't like that any better. To compensate, I try to eat more fruit and I have…

Feel free to add me! I did WW at work a couple years ago and never lost much weight. Personally, I have always preferred counting calories to points because it just feels like I get to "spend" more.

Feel free to add me too. My daughter is now 19-months old, but I still have lots of baby (and pre-baby) weight to go.

Hi everyone! I'm 32, live in Atlanta and I'm new to MFP. I have about 40-60 pounds total to lose, but I think I'd be satisfied if I lost 30 pounds. I have a 19-month old daughter and about 15 pounds of "baby weight" left, but I gained most of my weight way before getting pregnant. Earlier this year, I lost about 15 or 20…
