I try to do at least 5 days from 1 to 2 hours helps the stress factor too. If you can't work out as much as you want do not stress because it also makes you gain weight work with what you can you seem to be doing more than the goals you had set so it's good. I am on meds and have been for awhile it is a pain to take but becomes part of the routine. I just see all this different natural solutions and wonder if there is any truth to that. It has been hard to lose the wait and get energy but we are getting there.
