I was completely shocked when I weighed this morning! :noway: I didn't expect much of a loss after last week. It must be because I have been maintaining for the last few months my body was ready to lose. I promise I am eating enough. I am nursing my almost 8 month old so I eat from 1600- a little over 1800 most days.0 -
Well, I'm back on track today.
My month 2 of INSANITY started today and Oh My Goodness! I thought I was gonna die! I had to take so many extra breaks, but I didn't turn it off (I've done month 1 several times, but could never get up enough strength for month 2. SO I'm pretty proud of that.
Tomorrow's weigh in will be brutal though. On top of my already sabotaged weekend, TOM started this morning and I feel awful. Explains my insane hunger last night though. I couldn't sleep and just felt SO hungry but sick at the same time. Awful feeling.
Hoping that tomorrow won't be TOO scary and that I can see a big change the following week. I had peek before the weekend and had FINALLY lost a pound--only to put it right back on. Sigh...
But like I said, today's a new day.
Congrats on starting month 2 that has been my dilema as well I have yet to start month 2 so far I am on week 3 this time and I am looking foward to becoming a graduate this time around. Congrats on starting a new day and realizing that quitting is not an option you got this keep pushing foward!!0 -

Re: The Tuesday weigh in ~ I've had another good week, been really trying to stick to my calorie allowance and to attend all my gym classes plus a bit of extra walking on the treadmill for this week's challenge.
I managed to lose 1.5lb since last week (8th of February). Going to do my best to keep on track over the next week!!

My 2nd weigh-in. Despite my birthday/superbowl and valentine's day for the past 2 weeks, I am happy to say I at least had a loss of 0.4 lbs :happy: . I need to lose 3.8 lbs each week for the next 2 weeks to make my goal. EEECK! Good luck with your goals everyone!

Wow! Great job everyone! :happy: There are a lot of losses this week (and also a lot of maintainers) which is awesome! I expected Valentine's Day to throw many of us off but it seems that most people did a good job balancing it out this week.
I'm down 1 pound this week. These challenges have been great to keep me motivated and forcing myself to do more every day sine I normally skip working out a couple days a week. I've been feeling really good lately, I feel like my clothes are fitting better and that I'm getting more toned. Since I begain my weight loss journey I've lost almost 10 pounds (only 4 since I've been tracking on MFP). It's a slow process for me, but I'm happy that I'm progressing again after my plateau in January.0 -

212 today!!! I have technically 3 lbs of pregnancy weight left. This is the lowest I have gotton to in a long time! Its time to kick it up into high gear and double up on my exercise if i want to be in ONEderland by the last day of this month! congrats everyone and keep up the good work.0

Wow seeing some great results this week. Well done everyone who is losing. Please share what you are doing so that we can all learn from it. I am back on track now and feeling very happy. I was down 4 pounds yesterday but up 2 today so a net loss of 2! I'm chuffed!!
Anyone who is struggling - please stick with it. You might go through a week or even a month without any loss but if you keep going it will work.
