Hi everyone!
After being so well led by laDOLCEvita7 for the December and January challenges it's time to give her a little break and carry the torch!
So my beautiful, motivated fellow losers, let's get ourselves fit and healthy for spring and keep this weightloss momentum going. If you have never done a challenge then this will be great for you and if you have done lots - then share your wisdom! Everyone welcome! If you want to lose 8 plus pounds in February then get involved!
One thing I do ask is that you weigh in every week - without fail. We need to commit to this and all support each other.
We'll weigh in tomorrow (1st February) and then every Tuesday with a bonus weigh in on 28th February.

I would be down (first post on these boards). I am currently in a Biggest Loser Challenge at work and we don't 'officially' weigh in until Thursdays but I will check the difference between my work scale and my home scale and would be willing to weigh in on Tuesdays .

Today's weigh in was 176lbs
Looking to lose 2 lbs per week
So put me at 168 lbs by the end of February!
I did really well today and am off to the gym but need to get my snacking under control! I am always eating of my little one's plate.

I would love to be included. I am currently involved in a weight loss challenge in the county I live in and it goes for 14 weeks. I intend on losing 4 lbs a week until the end of the challenge. I have been doing this 1 week and have lost my goal 4 lbs so far.

I am IN. I have never done a challenge before. I have been having a really hard time losing anything. The beginning of March is my spring break and I was hoping to be down at least ten pounds. So that is my February goal.
