    I am just starting, and only lost 5 pounds in January, so I don't know if 2.5 lbs/week is feasible for me at this point, but I sure will try!

    I started last month with Stephanie and I lost 2.4 for the month this month I am putting in more work to see a greater number I started Insanity yesterday so another goal is to be done month 1 on the 28th as well!!

    We are snowed in today with a blizzard raging outside! I already finished with the challenge for the day. I haven't been doing push-ups lately (since I got pregnant with my 7 month old son) so I had to do girly push-ups. :blushing: This will help me to work back up to real push ups. Also, sit-ups are not what help me the most to get a nice, flat tummy. So I did 10 crunches, 10 bicycle crunches and 10 reverse crunches instead.

    I am so excited about this challenge! We CAN do it!!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:
