My name is Heather and I'm fairly new here and looking for friends to help keep me motivated and stay on track. :smile: I live in Missouri and I'm a mom of 4. I look forward to meeting new people.

    Welcome Heather! You can never have enough friends for sure. I am on a 150 lb. weight loss goal and I yo yo a lot but I will not give up. Anyway, hope we can help each other.
