            I am in. I need some serious motivation. I have my sorority's formal on April 30th and would love to be down 20 lbs by then!! :-) I just need to stick with it and stop letting myself get sidetracked!

            This sounds great!
 I'm not too big to start with, but still about 15lbs away from what I should be based on the "idea body weight" calculations (100lbs for the first 5 feet, plus 5 lbs for every additional inch). I'm 5'1 so I should be 105...but my current weight is 120. I feel like 105 is a bit ridiculous because I'd like to have SOME curves...so my goal is 110.

            Hello All,
 I’m fairly new here!
 I had planned a February “Be Good For 28 Days” task for myself when I saw your post.
 I’d like to lose at least half a stone by 1st March. A 10lb weight loss would be great!
 I had considered weighing myself on 1st February and then again on 1st March.……but I reckon, in real life, I would slack off for the first three weeks and would then find myself playing ‘catch-up’ in the last week of February. I know what I’m like.
 A weekly weigh-in plus a regular checking-in point is what I need!!!
 I’ll weigh myself in the morning and post on here !0

            Hi count me in too...Looks like I have hit my plateau...I did join the January 10 lbs loss challenge but really did not loose any weight nor did I gain.... ..I hope to break this plateau on the month of February and hope to loss 10 lbs...

            I am in! I have been eating 1500 calories a day and burning around 3000 calories a week. I have been having some issues with medicine, but it should be almost over now. I should be losing 2 pounds a week by what I am eating and burning, so this is something I should totally be able to do. :happy:0

            Hi everyone! So pleased that so many of you are up for this challenge. Don't forget to weigh in today and every Tuesday.
 I want you all to think about this every time you are thinking of eating something that is not good for your body or skipping some exercise - what would it feel like to be 10 pounds lighter? Would that mean that you go down a size? Or that you can get in to your skinny jeans? Or that your work clothes feel loser? Or someone says "wow you look great"? You are within reach of feeling that way. You just need to stay focused and believe in yourself and you could start March feeling and looking lots better than you do today.
 Challenge for this week: Do 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 squats and run up 20 steps EVERYDAY! You can do it - post to let us know how you get on.
