  • if you're worried just buy a boca burger and get american cheese and a bun then toast the bun cook the burger on a skillet sprayed with pam add the cheese and melt it a little on the burger put them on the toasted bun and add ketchup,etc and it tastes really good and its good for you!

  • i have dance classes 3 times a week, and ive noticed i get tired out even when i eat much more what are some foods or meals i should eat on these days so im full, i dont feel naseated or tired??

  • ok so for lunch i made a sandwich which provolone, lettuce, and hummus on two slices of bread from panera these slices were about 2" by 4" slices from a small loaf of cheese bread from panera panera says 2oz of this bread is 140 calories my problem is. was one slice of the bread i had 140, or were they both together 140???
  • 2 slices holsum lite wheat bread pam cooking spray butter flavored .5 tsp coconut extract 1/4 cup skim milk 1 splenda packet 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 jumbo egg cook like normal french toast and serve with either 1/8tsp powdered sugar for around 190 cals or sugar free maple syrup for 220! its so good :D:D:D

  • do you eat meat or protien?? since im vegetarian i get constipated alot and im not ashamed to talk about it haha. but yeah try drinking green tea and have a bowl of oatmeal or creme of wheat or maybe a slice of toast with peanut butter hope that helps :D:D:D

  • is it good and filling for one serving?? im not sure id be eating 3 tbsp with 1 1/4 cup almond milk. do you think that would be filling?
  • unsweetened almond milk is also very good the almond breeze origional unsweetened is only 30 calories per 8oz!
  • thanks! i tried the salad one with ketchup instead of normal dressing and it was only 100 calories i also had some orange juice that wasn't much, so im gonna have a bigger dinner :drinker:
  • i have to buy lunch at school, but im not sure which foods are the best for me. i really dont want to go over 400 for lunch so anyone have ideas for what to eat? thanks :D

  • search vegan quiche. there was one recipe i found by this vegan chef that had about 80? calories per quiche and they looked pretty good. i think anything vegan will be low cal. i hope that helps!

  • how many calories would you say the subway personal cheese pizza is with out the crusts? cause i know its 630, and i ate it, but not the crust at the end. so how many calories do you think i ate? thanks if you can help me!:flowerforyou:
  • so im going to one of my cousin's 50 year reunion so all we're basically gonna do is eat im not entire sure what foods are going to be served but i do know they'd most likely be jewish or kosher? haha sorry. and im a vegetarian so does anyone know of any things i should watch out for? or eat?
  • i love how this site actually encourages you to eat to lose weight. for the longest time, i thought you should eat less and i was so unhappy. but now i eat the right foods in the right portions. and have 3 meals a day! its crazy. this site really has taught me alot i look healthier and im not hungry anymore!:flowerforyou:

  • get a bag of baked lays at subway or something. or pretzels or have some steamed vegetables!
  • i wanted a really healthy lunch, but all i could find in the freezer was pizza meals, etc. and i really wanted vegetables so i just took an entire bag of calilower and broccoli and steamed that and had it for lunch with salt and pepper. im stuffed now and the entire 3.5 serving bag was only 105 calories!
  • im a veggi! amys broccoli pot pie is amazing and you shouldnt be afraid of its calorie count it really fills you up :happy:
  • lately ive been trying to increase my calorie intake but i want to be healthy when i do it. so far ive eaten around 1144 calories today and im aiming for 1300 but this is so much harder than it seems cause im so full. i dont want to keep losing weight though. so does anyone have any suggestions?:flowerforyou:
