i love how this site actually encourages you to eat to lose weight.


for the longest time, i thought you should eat less and i was so unhappy.
but now i eat the right foods in the right portions. and have 3 meals a day!

its crazy. this site really has taught me alot
i look healthier and im not hungry anymore!:flowerforyou:

    And I learned you get to eat the calories that you burn! How crazy is that? I never knew that. What better incentive is there to work out? Im thankful to! Lolly

    Oh totally agree!!!

    I love also that if you go over in your cals...and we all do now and then, you can feel better nowing you can sort of fix that by doing alittle extra (or a lot extra depending on how much you went over LOL) exercising....its like a instant fixer....lol

    I totally agree!!

    Today, I was low on calories and still hadn't had dinner (for some stupid reason, I decided to eat two poptarts during one of my classes today, which came out to 400 calories!!!), but I knew that if I went to the gym and worked out (even though I really didn't want to), I could eat more for dinner.....so getting to eat more food was definitely my inspiration today to get to the gym.
